Soot Solutions Chimney Service started three years ago, but the story behind it goes back much further. Our founder picked up a trowel right out of high school and spent most of his adult life in construction and masonry. At 23, he got his first real look at chimney work and found something that clicked. The craft, the problem-solving, the direct impact on a family's safety at home — it all made sense to him in a way that's hard to explain and easy to see in the quality of his work.

For years, he sharpened his skills working under others, learning every part of the job from the firebox to the flue cap. Eventually, the decision to go out on his own became obvious. He only wishes he had done it sooner. Soot Solutions was built on that foundation — real hands-on experience, honest assessments, and a commitment to doing the job right the first time.

We repair chimney crowns, seal and waterproof masonry, install and replace chimney liners, and fabricate custom chimney caps.
